Project Cost Plan: Comparison Version

The project cost plan comprises the plan value of a WBS element and the appended orders or networks assigned to it.

  • WBS element plan value

    The sum of values from

    • Structure-oriented cost planning
    • Cost element planning
    • Unit costing
  • Appended order plan values

    In the Project System implementation guide for order value updating, you can select the "Appended" indicator to determine that the plan value in an order/network is added to the plan value of the relevant WBS element.
