Definition
Costs and payments arising in an activity for an activity-assigned network are managed in the controlling area currency and in the object currency for the network activity. The two currencies need not agree.
Dependencies
When you create the network activity, the system takes the currency from the company code that is derived from the plant as the object currency.
You can change the object currency directly in the activity, if the assigned controlling area does not allow a different company code currency. You can change the currency before the network is releasd or partially released.
If different company code currencies are allowed in the controlling area, you can only change the object curency by assigning a plant that has a different company code currency. Once you have posted costs or payments in an activity, you may only change the plant if this does NOT cause the object currency to change.
