Use
To make it easier for you to define the control indicators for an inspection characteristic, you can define a predefined combination of control indicators in Customizing. You can then use indicators in an inspection plan or master inspection characteristic.
If you enter a control key in this field while creating an inspection characteristic, the predefined control indicators will be copied into the inspection characteristic.
The control key is not stored; it merely serves as input help.
