Set by the system and displays the processing status of a meter reading for order creation and meter reading entry.
Example
Device A is allocated to installation 1 and installation 2 for billing. If contract 1 of installation 1 was already billed and contract 2 of installation 2 was not already billed, the plausible meter reading of the device has status * (partially billed).
