Definition

If this field is empty, the spool system automatically adds further spool requests with the same attributes (output device, client in which the request was generated, number of copies and priority).

If, for example, a user repeatedly uses a transaction that generates a spool request, the spool system groups these requests together in a single spool request. This request can then be processed as one job when printing and for spool administration.

Procedure

Select this field to close a spool request before it is released for printing. For later requests which would otherwise be added, a separate spool request is generated.
