Documentation
Definition
Key for the selected set.
Supplementary Documentation - QAUSWAHLMG0001
Procedure
Enter the name of the selected set that you want to add to the selected set index. You can use any combination of characters for the name of the selected set, as long as these characters represent a unique name within the catalog type. Choose a name that is descriptive of the selected set.
Selected sets are defined at the plant level.
You cannot define selected sets for each catalog type. A control indicator determines whether you are allowed to define selected sets for a specific catalog type.
Supplementary Documentation - QAUSWAHLMG0002
Procedure
Enter the name of the selected set that you want to display or edit.
To display a list of selected sets from which you can select one to display or maintain, enter an "*" in this field.
You can limit the number of selected sets displayed by using a generic search name. For example, to display a selected set whose name begins with FO, enter "FO*" in this field.
Supplementary Documentation - QAUSWAHLMG0003
Procedure
You can enter the key for the selected set that you want to display or edit directly, or use a generic entry to edit or display several selected sets.
Example
If you use the generic entry A*, the system displays all the selected sets whose keys begin with 'A'.
Dependencies
If you use a generic entry to edit selected sets, the system locks all the selected sets of the catalog that have been defined for the plant.
