Documentation

Definition

The number that uniquely identifies an underlying document that has been assigned to the bulk shipment. Documents supported include: reservations, deliveries and shipping notifications.

Use

The scheduling transaction is used to assign documents to the bulk shipment. During scheduling, it is necessary to specify whether the document is relevant for loading and/or discharge.

If the document is relevant for loading, then it is defaulted as load-relevant items during the load transaction.

If the document is relevant for discharge, it is proposed as discharge-relevant items during the delivery confirmation transaction.
