Definition
Controls that the total available quantity of the component is confirmed in an availability check. When this indicator is not set, only partial quantities are confirmed in an availability check, whereby the component with the lowest degree of availability determines the confirmed quantities of all components.
Example
Component Reqmt qty ATP qty Partial conf Full conf
Component A 200 pc 300 pc 80 pc 200 pc
Component B 100 pc 40 pc 40 pc 40 pc
Component C 50 pc 40 pc 20 pc 40 pc
As only 40% of component B can be confirmed, partial confirmation logic leads to only 40% of components A and C being confirmed.
A check with full confirmation logic would lead to the confirmation of the total available quantity for all components.
