Definition

Shows whether the system automatically makes calendar entries for partners involved in Activities.

Use

  • Mark this field if you want the system to automatically enter an Activity in the calendars of partners involved in Activities.
    • Later, if you create an Activity for which you don't want the system to make calendar entries, you can overwrite this setting for that Activity.
  • Leave this field unmarked to prevent the system from making calendar entries for these partners.

Dependencies

This field is only relevant for Activities.

Example

You mark this field.

You then create an Activity where you specify that you and your colleague Tom Johnson will visit a prospective customer on June 16.

The system enters this visit on June 16 in your and Tom's calendars.
