Definition

This flag ensures that the transaction number is correct. This is necessary as only invalid transaction numbers can be edited.

Note:

Assuming a transaction type permits both internal and external number assignments, the number range intervals are disjoint. If you create a document, and do not enter a number externally, and save the document, an internal number is used. If the document is read for processing at a later time, it is not possible to determine whether the number was assigned internally, or whether the user entered the number externally. The number is correct for the internal assignment, however for external number assignments, the number does not lie within the external number range interval, and is therefore not correct.
