Numerator for the quotient that tells you the relation between the routing unit of measure and the operation unit of measure.
Example
For example, if the routing unit of measure is "piece" and the operation unit of measure "kilogram" and for every 5 kgs there are 3 pieces, then the quotient is 3/5, because one kilogram is 3/5 of a piece.

Definition
Numerator of the quotient that describes the relationship between the unit of measure of the charge quantity and the unit of measure for the operation, phase, or secondary resource.
Dependencies
In operations, phrases and secondary resources the quotient maintained in the recipe header is proposed.
Example
The unit of measure maintained for a phase is kilo whereas that of the charge quantity is piece. Three pieces are one kilo.
In this case, the quotient for conversion is 3/5.
