Definition

With posting rules, you can separately influence the posting of documents and of settlement request list conditions to be posted immediately.

You can define posting rules in the Customizing under Posting Rules.

Use

Posting rules are assigned separately for the posting of the vendor and the customer side in agency documents. You can store them as default values in the Customizing of the billing document type, and overwrite them in the document.
