Definition
Status of the document concerning the Intrastat declaration.
Use
The system automatically sets the status in dependence on the Customizing and the progress of the process. If errors occur during the transfer to the Intrastat application (GTS), corresponding information is shown in the document status.
The following statuses are possible:
Document Is Not Relevant for Intrastat
1. Document Is Relevant for Intrastat: The document is relevant for Intrastat and can be transferred for the creation of the Intrastat declaration.
2. Data for Creation of Intrastat Declaration Transferred: The document is relevant for Intrastat. The data for the creation of the Intrastat declaration was transferred successfully.
3. Error During Data Transfer for Intrastat: The document is relevant for Intrastat, but the corresponding data is incomplete. The system rejects the document during the data transfer. You can view the erroneous document in the SAP Easy Access Menu under Logistics -> Agency Business -> Environment -> Intrastat -> WLF_INTR_SHOW_ERROR - Display Non-Transferable Documents.
