Indicates whether you can use Incoterms within agency documents.

Use

Incoterms are a part of the delivery terms. If you have activated the use of Incoterms in agency documents, the Incoterms influence the pricing.

By activating the application, Incoterms are transferred from vendor or customer master data, or from the purchasing info record, when creating agency documents. They can also be specified or changed manually as required.
In addition, when creating agency documents, the system copies existing Incoterms from preceding documents or via interfaces.
