Definition
This parameter controls how the system updates the document index for agency documents.
Use
The system usually updates the document index for changeable documents only, as these are the only documents for which conditions can be adjusted via the condition update.
Alternatively, you can update the index for posted documents also. In this case, it is not possible to update conditions automatically. However, you can use the index functionality within customer-specific programs, for example to determine documents that need to be cancelled and re-created.
