Indicator that document index entries for this biiling document type are deleted automatically if documents of this billing document type are forwarded to Accounting or are closed.
Use
As a rule, agency documents can no longer be changed after they have been forwarded to Accounting. In particular, new pricing or eveluation of the document is no longer possible. Thi smeans that the document index entries are no longer required and can be deleted.
Deleting the document index entries has a positive influence on the allocated memory area of the document index table.
