Definition

The default reason the document is created.

Use

If you enter an invoice or credit note and want to define the reason for this document in the system, enter a value which has already been defined. This is then automatically transferred to the document and can be changed manually.

Example

The following could be entered as a reason for remuneration list creation: "Del credere settlement". Define the appropriate setting in Customizing and enter this as the default value.

This reason is then automatically transferred to the remuneration list document and forwarded as text to the accounting document.
