Definition
Gives the reason why the document is created.
Use
You can freely define reasons and match these to the requirements of your company. You can also maintain different billing reasons at item level and at header level.
Procedure
If you enter an invoice or credit note and want to define the reason for this document in the system, enter one of the values which have been defined. If there are further, item-specific reasons, you can enter these on the item detail screen.
The reason at header level and item level is transferred to Financial Accounting as additional information.
