Definition
If the indicator is set, the rate specified in the rate field is fixed, that is, translation is always carried out at this rate. In all other cases, the current rate from the rate table is always used for translation, when the rate field is filled.
When you enter a rate, it is automatically fixed. If the rate is taken from the table, it can be confirmed/fixed later by setting the indicator.
