Definition
This is the earliest possible date when notice can be given according to the legal right to terminate a loan agreement.
Use
The earliest possible notice date in accordance with the legal right to give notice is entered in the master data for information purposes. It is not used within the program logic for Loans Management. It can be used for evaluation purposes.
Dependencies
If a separate arrangement has been made between the lender and the borrower that differs from the legal notice period and results in an earlier notice date, this earlier date is legally valid. The system does not check the two dates entered against each other.
