Definition

Incomplete status of the billing-related header data in the sales document.

Use

This status indicates whether the billing-related header data is incomplete. Incomplete sales documents cannot be billed. For example, you cannot create an invoice for a sales document that does not specify the terms of payment.

Procedure

If you try to save a document and data is still missing, the system will inform you that the document is incomplete. You can then either retrieve a list of the fields concerned and enter the missing data, or you can save the incomplete document and enter the missing data at a later time.
