Documentation
Definition
Indicator for choosing the customizing settings during transport.
Supplementary Documentation - TVALS 0001
Use
If you select this indicator, the following customizing settings are activated or deactivated in the correction:
- Activation of callup points for validation/substitution in CO (TKAZE)
- Logical rules
- Messages
- Work area
- Boolean class
- Corresponding groups
- Programs (XPRA reports)
Procedure
- To include the settings in the correction request number specified, choose Include in Correction.
- To remove the settings from the correction request, choose Delete from Correction.
In both cases the system may display a screen on which you can restrict your selection of entries to be transported (by controlling area or chart of accounts, for example).
Examples
Dependencies
You are transporting table entries which require specific handling in the target system. For this reason the SAP System includes entries of the type R3TR XPRA <program name> in the correction request. These entries cause the programs to be run in the target system to generate other new programs as replacements for existing programs in the target system. This can cause problems if the programs to be replaced are in productive use in the target system.
You should only run the transport request derived from the correction request if no productive postings are being made in no client in your system. You could run the transport in the evening, for example.
