Use
This field is required in those cases when no temperature component is calculated explicitly since the meter already compensates for temperature, but the temperature must still be available for calculating temperature-dependent components such as the gas law deviation factor.
This occurs in thermal gas billing for the values 01 (register accounts for temperature) or 02 (register accounts for temperature and pressure).
