Definition

Specifies the service agent in the shipment stage. The number clearly identifies the service agent. It is the number assigned to the vendor master record for the service agent.

Use

The service agent specified in the shipment header is proposed in the stage when you create the stage manually. When a stage is created automatically, the service agent from the shipment header is copied into the stage.

Procedure

Enter the number of the service agent who is responsible for this stage if you do not want to adopt the proposal from the shipment header.

You can search for a number using a matchcode. To do this, press the possible entries pushbutton and enter your selection criteria.
