Definition

Internal and unique ID of the task.

The ID is assigned automatically when the task is created and consists of a 2-digit identification code for the task type (T, TS, WF, WS) and an 8-digit number.

If you also specify a work item type, you must ensure that the two entries are compatible:

  • Tasks of type T or TS -> Dialog work item (type D) or background work item (type B)
  • Tasks of type WF or WS -> Workflow work item (type F)

Use

A work item for this task informs the subscriber in the client system when there is at least one work item for them in this system, the server system.

As standard, use the standard task TS60001345 here.

But you can also enter a copy of this standard task if you want to use your own descriptive texts, for example. You must create this copy in the client system (!).
