Documentation
Definition
Indicator denoting the status of a service.
If you select this option, the status of the service is Planned. If you do not select this option, the status of the service is Actual.
Supplementary Documentation - STATUS_LS 0001
Use
The validity period of services you enter with status Planned must lie in the future. Services you enter in relation to a planned movement must also be entered with status Planned.
Customizing settings determine whether you can enter a service with a validity period in the future as an Actual service.
When you have saved a service with status Actual, you can no longer reset the status to Planned.
Procedure
Select this option to enter a service with status Planned.
Examples
Dependencies
Actual services you have saved can only be canceled. You can delete planned services, even if they were already saved.
If actual services with a validity period in the future are automatically generated by a treatment category or by the assignment to an organizational unit, the system sets the service status as follows depending on Customizing settings:
- If the entry of actual services in the future is not permitted, the system automatically sets the service status to Planned.
- If the entry of actual services in the future is permitted, the system sets the service status to the status of the movement.
