Starting date: 02/28/YY
Update period: Quarterly
The systems determines the dates for the updates as follows:
- Without month-end indicator: 05/28/YY, 08/28/YY, 11/28/YY
- With month-end indicator: 05/31/YY, 08/31/YY, 11/30/YY

If the due date is 2/28/YY and the frequency is 'monthly', the end-of-month indicator causes the next deadline to fall on 3/31/YY rather than on 3/28/YY.
