Definition
Accrual/deferral procedure
The accrual/deferral procedure only permits the values:
1 = Difference procedure
2 = Reset procedure
Difference procedure:
Old accrual/deferral records are cleared with the accrual/deferral
amount determined and the difference amount is written off.
Reset procedure:
Previous accrual/deferral records are not cleared. Accruals/deferrals
which have been determined should be reset.
