Use
For each reduction strategy you can define up to six reduction levels.

Key that determines the strategy for reduction of the lead time for an operation.
Use
The reduction strategy is copied into the operation data when you create a production order. The reduction strategy in the routing overrule the sstrategy in the order dependent parameters.
