The following exemption periods are defined for the given categories:

Exemption period categories    Exemption period (years)

NB (New Buildings)    10

SR (Buildings in Exceptional Renting Conditions (Social Renting))    10

V1 (Property Taxable Value: 0-150.000 EUR)    6

V2 (Property Taxable Value: 150.000-225.000 EUR)    3
