Documentation

Definition

Specifies the property tax amount which is calculated based on the tax base amount and the property tax rate. The system also considers the tax category and the exemption status of the property.

Use

You can overwrite the calculated tax amount manually in the Process Parcel of Land master data, under the IBI Data tab or in the Property Tax Cockpit.

You can also recalculate the property tax based on the parameters specified in Customizing.
