Definition

Posting period(s) for the data selected in a report.

Procedure

Enter either a given period interval or one of the following options:

  • "No entry"

    The system selects the report data according to the parameters that defined under the user default settings.

  • Current
  • The system selects the report data for the current posting period.
  • Previous
  • The system selects the report data for the previous posting period.
  • Cumulated to current/current

    The system selects the report data from the first period entered up to the current period. If the report works only on the basis of a single period, the current posting period is valid.

  • Cumulated to previous/previous

    The system selects the report data from the first period entered up to the previous period. If the report works only on the basis of a single period, the previous posting period is valid.
