Definition
Indicator used to determine whether the R/3 System calls up the current extract automatically during report execution or displays a list of extracts for manual selection.
Use
When you execute reports created with Report Painter, you can select "Display extract" as the data source. In this case, the R/3 System finds all extracts matching the selection criteria.
- If you select "Display current extract automatically", this limits selection to the most current of these extracts.
- In all other cases, you must select an extract from the list of valid extracts.
