You can transfer a specific single trip to financial accounting by entering the relevant trip number here.
If no trip number is entered, all trips which went through accounting or were canceled in the chosen accounting period are transferred to financial accounting.

You have the option to choose the trips in a specific range of trip numbers. To do this, enter the lower limit of the range in the first field and the upper limit in the to field.
