Definition

The authorization group groups master data objects together into groups based on access authorizations. A given user can only access those objects in an authorization group for which he or she has the correct authorizations according to his or her user master record.

Use

Normally you do not make an entry in this field manually. Instead, entries are usually made by the system with the help of substitution rules.
