Definition

Defines that, when you access the MRP list and the stock/requirements list, calculations are never based on the base unit of measure but, for example, are based on the order unit, or on the unit of issue. The setting refers to the first of both possible units of measure, in which receipts or requirements, and the quantity available can be displayed.

All materials, for which this alternative unit of measure is maintained, are displayed with the selected unit.

This unit is also used for calculations in the detail dialog boxes for the individual MRP elements.
