Definition
Use
This indicator specifies at which location an employee's business trip begins. Two values are currently available: SPACE for 'Departure from Workplace' and X for 'Departure from Home'. The default setting for new trips created is SPACE (Departure from Workplace).
Whether this field is displayed or can be changed on the SAP GUI interface can be specified in the Customizing activity Define Schema and Individual Field Control. This field is not displayed by default.
Whether this field is displayed or can be changed on the Web Dynpro interface can be specified in the Customizing activity Schema and Single Field Control for Web Dynpro. This field is displayed by default.
In some countries, the tax laws differ depending on whether a business trip begins at home or at the workplace.
