Definition
In this field, you define which item number is given to the stock transfer reservation in the planning run (storage location MRP). The planning run creates one stock transfer reservation per lot. Each reservation is given the item number specified here.
Use
This means that it is possible to differentiate between stock transfer reservations that are created automatically by the system in the MRP run and reservations that are created manually in inventory management.
