Documentation
Definition
Key that identifies the control recipe destination within a plant.
Use
By defining a control recipe destination, you specify:
- Whether the process instruction of a phase is transferred to an external system or is converted into an SAP PI sheet for a line operator
- Which system or line operator processes the process instructions of a phase
You can assign different control recipe destinations to the phases of the same operation, if it makes sense from the point of view of process control.
In the process order, you can create one control recipe for each control recipe destination. In this control recipe, the process instructions of all corresponding phases are combined and transferred.
Examples
Operation Phase Control recipe destination
Op1 Charging LNOP
Processing LNOP
Discharging PCS
Op2 Charging PCS
Processing PCS
Discharging PCS
Emptying one vessel and filling the next one, are phases that belong to different operations. Nevertheless, in our example they are assigned to the same control recipe destination because their execution is closely connected.
Dependencies
If you have made the corresponding settings in Customizing for control recipe destinations:
- Certain process instructions are generated automatically when you create a control recipe in the process order
- The password and authorization are checked when you enter a signature in the PI sheet
Supplementary Documentation - PHSEQ 0001
Procedure
Specify the control recipe destination for which you want to select PI sheets.
The way in which the value entered is interpreted (for example, as a single value or as an interval limit) depends on
- whether you maintain the field only in the left column or also in the right
- which selection option you choose for the value
Supplementary Documentation - PHSEQ 0002
Procedure
Specify the control recipe destinations for which you want to select PI sheets.
Use the selection options to determine how the value entered is to be interpreted (for example, as a single value or as an interval limit).
