Use
Specify here the payslip type for Payslip Tax. You can choose from the following payslip types:
- 01: for persons partially liable for tax or liable for tax without restriction (§ 84 (1) and (4) EStG 88)
- 18: for persons liable for tax with multiple payslips from the same employer (§ 84 (1) EStG 88)
If you leave the field empty, the employee is reported with payslip type '01'. Other payslips types that are used automatically by the system, where applicable, include:
- 02: for foreign payments in accordance with § 3(1)10 including BBG 2011 or L 11 EStG 1988
- 08: for persons liable for tax for whom no employment tax is to be deducted due to a double taxation convention with exemption method
- 23: for foreign payments in accordance with §3(1)10 EStG 1988, in the version AbgÄG 2011
Dependencies
This field is displayed in the Fiscal Data A infotype (0042) only if the system cannot derive the payslip type unambiguously from the combination of tax procedure and tax exemption reason. You assign the payslip type to tax procedures and tax exemption reasons in Customizing for Personnel Administration under Payroll Data -> Tax -> Combine tax procedures / exemption.
