Definition
Storage location, in which the goods receipt of components that are required for production should be posted.
Use
If several storage locations have been grouped into one MRP area, you then enter the storage location in which the goods receipt of components should take place. This storage location must belong to the MRP area, that is, you must have assigned the storage location, which you entered for the goods receipt, to the MRP area.
Dependencies
The receiving storage location is copied into the purchase requisition in the case of externally procured materials.
