Definition
The nomination header has three status:
- 1 Open
- 2 Transmitted
- 3 Closed
The nomination reaches the status Transmitted, if all the line items
have the status Scheduled(2). The nomination reaches the status Closed,
if all the line items are at the status Complete(5). In other cases the
nomination has the status Open. At status Transmitted, the entire
nomination is blocked from changes.
