You can enter reason codes at header level for the following transactions:

o Scheduling (O4F1, O4F2)

o Loading confirmation (O4G1)

o Delivery confirmation (O4H1)

o Shipment Planning Workbench (O4PP)

You can use the reason codes that are defined for the TD planning process in Customizing for the Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream).

You define these by choosing TD (Transportation and Distribution) -> TD Bulk Shipment -> Define TD reason codes (scheduling).
