Definition
The flag activates the vehicle balance check against the TD tolerances for gains/losses at delivery confirmation despite the fact that the vehicle is not closed. A vehicle is not closed (set to status 6) if the close flag is not set or there are still not yet confirmed deliveries on the vehicle. The check is only against overdelivery. Thus it should be impossible to confirm more than it is allowed from TD tolerances through one delivery and run into overdelivery problems at confirmation of the last delivery.
