Documentation
Definition
When the stock/requirements situation is imported for a material, this data is kept in the buffer.
If the indicator is set, the data is read from the buffer during the setup of an order report or an order tree, as long as the data for the respective material is already buffered in the memory.
This is the case if the stock/requirements situation for the material in question has already been displayed, or if the order report has already been called. This is only valid for order reports for made-to-stock production: In the case of made-to-order or engineer-to-order production, only the relevant segment is read.
If the indicator is not set, the stock/requirements situation is imported from the database every time the order report or order tree is constructed.
By setting this indicator, you can greatly improve performance.
