Definition

Indicator that checks whether the actual finish date was reported before the actaul input date for an operation in the production order.

Dependencies

The actual input date is determined by the completion confirmation of the preceding operation when the Shop Floor Information System is updated.

Example

A completion confirmation is recorded for an operation in the production order. However, a completion confirmation was not recorded for the preceding operation until a few days later. Thus, the operation under observation has an actual finish date, which is before the actual input date. This leads to problems in the Shop Floor Information System with the calculation of actual lead time and actual queue time.

You can define updating to include a condition that checks the plausibility indicator:

MCAFPO-PLCHK2V NE TRUE

If you specify this condition, only those operations from a production order that have an actual finish date after the actual input date are updated.
