Definition

Controls whether or not a detailed list is generated.

Use

If you select this indicator, the system generates a list of the updated database records (or those to be updated) after the program run.

Use

After the end of assessment, distribution, periodic transfers, or indirect activity allocation, lists are displayed with information on the program run. The following lists (basic lists) are always displayed.

  • Cycle list
  • Segment list
  • Messages
  • Line item list

Through "detailed lists you specify whether the following lists should also be displayed:

  • Sender list
  • Receiver list
  • Journal list
