Definition
Set of accounts which will be excluded from the Catastrophe overhead calculation.
An exclusion set can be assigned at the Company and/or Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) level. An override set can also be assigned at the WBS level. The set assigned at the JOA level will override the set assigned at the company level. The set assigned at the WBS level will override the set(s) assigned at the company and/or JOA level.
Therefore, the set assigned at the company level should be as generic as possible to attempt to cover the majority of JOA's within the company. If it is necessary to assign an overriding set of exclusion accounts at the JOA level, this set should be designed to cover as many WBS's as possible within the JOA.
All expense accounts will be included in the calculation unless they are within the appropriate set of exclusion accounts.
This set must be a Basic or Single-Dimension set. The dimension of the set must be RACCT (Account) and the table of the set must be JVTO1.
