Indicate that actual allocation items should be selected.
Use
Joint venture single items are identified with a record type which may take one of four values:
0 Actual
1 Plan
2 Apportioned or distributed, actual
3 Apportioned or distributed, plan
Record types '0' and '1' identify single items posted into the JV database from external applications such as Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), including allocation (distribution & assessment) and settlement documents. They are also used to identify items posted directly into the JV database for example during farm-in/farm-out adjustments.
Record types '2' and '3' are used to identify items posted by the special ledger allocation (distribution & assessment) program directly into the JV ledgers. This functionality is seldom used in conjunction with the JV database and so these record types are not often seen in JV documents.
