Definition
The time frame of the Stepped Rate Overhead Rule determines what period(s) are included in the calculation. If the time frame is "Current Period", then only the current period's costs will be accumulated to compare to the threshold amounts. Similarly, if the time frame is year-to-date, only costs for the fiscal year will be accumulated and compared to the thresholds. Finally, if the time frame is inception-to-date, all costs from the inception of the WBS will be accumulated and compared to the thresholds.
